How to use BioMin F Toothpaste 75ml

1. After brushing the teeth for two minutes, swirl the foamy toothpaste around your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out the excess.
2. Don't rinse after brushing as this washes away the active ingredients in the toothpaste before they have had a chance to work.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Silica, PEG 400, Fluoro CalciumPhosphoSilicate, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Titanium Dioxide, Aroma, Carbomer, Potassium Acesulfame. Available Fluoride content <600ppm when packed.
